Katie Kimura has been an athlete all her life and has a background in anatomy and physiology as well as a certification in massage therapy. She has enjoyed teaching spin in San Francisco’s Bay Area area and in the Greater Toronto Area. Katie has a passion for group fitness and loves being a part of her participants health journey. She is thrilled to be a part of the StarBoxer team as the SPIN instructor!
Jen, aka “JENERGY”, offers a workout to be remembered. The epitome of strength and perseverance, Jen leads classes that are guaranteed to push you to your limits each and every time. Jen is a Certified Personal Trainer with over 15 years of weight lifting experience and an insatiable drive to push herself and her class harder each and every time. Jen will drive you to increase your strength, change your body composition, and improve your muscle endurance through fun, “Jenergetic” classes that will leave you feeling pumped!

Do I need any equipment?
Can I join if I’m a beginner or if I don’t know how to box?
Absolutely! All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged. Our instructors will guide you along the way offering modifications so that you can work at your fitness level. Our boxing classes include the Undercard class, which teaches you all of the fundamentals and technique of boxing while still giving you an excellent work out.
What if I can’t make class?
Can anyone see me while I work out?
No! At Star Boxer, we respect your privacy and settings are adjusted so that no one else can see you during class. If you wish, you may share your camera with the class and we welcome you always to say hello!
Are there any binding contracts?
No, you can cancel your subscription at anytime. We just need 5 days notice before the next billing cycle begins.
